Can Pardal was born in the heart of the historic center of Sant Miquel de Balansat, in the north of Ibiza. This 15th-century “casa payesa” was meticulously restored to preserve its original character: thick stone walls, centuries-old wooden beams, and handmade clay floors now coexist with modern comfort and technology.
The boutique hotel opened its doors in 2009 with a clear premise: to offer the most authentic Ibiza, away from the hustle and bustle, without sacrificing luxury or personalized attention for a single moment. Today, fifteen years later, we remain the same refuge of calm we first imagined.

The Breakfast
at Can Pardal
Every morning, the terrace overlooking the valley becomes the setting for a breakfast made with fresh local products. Seasonal fruits, homemade jams, artisanal bread, and natural juices served with all the calm of northern Ibiza.
With a 24-hour advance reservation, we also offer dinner service with a fixed market menu: a gastronomic experience without needing to leave the hotel.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The hotel does not host bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events.
