HIPPY MARKET IN PUNTA ARABÍ
The genuine and the biggest! Pioneer of the rest of the island’s Hippy markets. Countless stands under the shade of the pine trees between the different winding paths that surround the bungalows. This market is full of items from all over the world. There are several bars and restaurants offering food and drinks, and the drums and live music liven up the atmosphere. Where: In the town of Es Canar at the Club Punta Arabí. When: Every Wednesday in April, May and October from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In June, July and September from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. In August, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

SAN RAFAEL CRAFTS MARKET
A fantastic weekly market with ceramics of traditional and contemporary designs, as well as other products made by artisans. It is the only town named an area of ​​interest for crafts. There are products from local farmers. Where: In the town of San Rafael, located in the centre of the island. When: Thursdays from June to September, from 7:30 p.m. to 23:00 h.

Saturday

SANT JORDI MARKET – SECOND-HAND MARKET
Preferred among residents, you can buy practically everything second-hand: books, clothing, jewellery, plants, furniture … or have a fun time checking what people can sell. A very cosmopolitan atmosphere with a bar offering drinks and snacks. At noon, percussionists gather with their bongos in the stands of the venue and jam sessions are organized. Where: In Sant Jordi in the south of the island, at the Hippodrome. When: Every Saturday of the year / from 8:00 am. to 15:00 h.

HIPPY MARKET OF LAS DALIAS
After the Punta Arabí hippy market, it is the second largest, with a fantastic offer of fashion, leather goods, paintings and costume jewellery, many handmade by local artists and designers. Enjoy live music performances, the Moroccan tea shop, and the exotic atmosphere of Las Dalias, still one of the most important meeting points on the island for bohemian hippies. Where: In the garden and around the Café Las Dalias shortly before reaching the town of San Carlos When: Every Saturday of the year: from April to October from 10:00 am. to 8:00 p.m., from November to March from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In summer it is also celebrated at night (check out the Las Dalias Night Market).

FORADA MARKET
You will find stalls of local people, who sell local products. There are works of art and crafts, such as paintings, sculptures, and pottery. There are also Herbs prepared by hand, the local drink, perfumes and cosmetics. Where: In the Can Tixedo Art Café car park, near San Rafael.
